Speed limits higher than 35. We have a few but people like to go 35. On the freeway, they don't start going 60 until they've been on the freeway for a good 5 to 10 minutes...
I must admit however that I have gotten used to the driving up here. It is kind of nice to just take your time getting somewhere.

Good old greasy Chinese food. We have lots of Thai food places. We have one Panda Express and a few sit down Chinese food places but they aren't very good.
Traffic School. I got a ticket just after crossing the border from Oregon into Washington. You can't go to traffic school here. You get to pay the ticket and let it stay on your record for three years!! There are ways of getting around that, but it isn't as easy as traffic school.

alrighty, i'm just going to say that i have no problem with Tommy's, however it is never a wise choice to have Tommy's at one o' clock in the morning after seeing a Decemberists concert...never! LOL
and that is all i have to say about that! :P
